1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • No visible signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order items (including some wedding dresses)
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior authorization

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@shirtjersey.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is defective or incorrect)
  3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions

⚠️ Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our error)

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return cost

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
